Much Needed Breaks for Directors

Once a film becomes hit, the director of the film would get more advances. They would become very busy. On that hit thought, they start doing other films with expectations. But, some directors are perhaps going against this formula today. Though after bagging a hit in their career, they are not craving for an another film immediately. They want to stay cool and relaxed.

After ‘Yemaindi Ee Vela’ Sampath Nandi did ‘Racha’. After ‘Racha’, he worked on ‘Nayak’ too. But, there seems no current film for Sampath Nandi. The reason for this is that there is no perfect script with the director. There is a talk now that Sampath Nandi would do a film with Pawan Kalyan, who is also seen is in a good spirit with his recent success. There is an information that the duo would do Gabbar Singh-2. Sampath Nandi waited for a hero like Pawan Kalyan in his project.

Now, Koratala Siva’s situation is also different. After success of the film Mirchi, there was a talk that he would do a film with Ram Charan, but did not happen. Because, Charan was not impressed with the script, so the project was not finalised. So, there was a long break for Siva’s next film. Now, he has prepared a story for NTR and an another story for Maheshbabu. Which one would begin first, is not yet known and we have to wait for the confirmation.

Srikanth Addala’s situation is completely different from the above directors. It is Srikanth Addala, who gave the hit ‘SVSC’ on Dil Raju’s banner.Everyone complimented him for doing the entertaining multi-starrer film. Moreover, he plans to introduce Varun Tej to the film industry, which is now halted for a while. He is presently allocating more time to his family. Likewise, the trend seems like now directors want a break after getting a hit in their career.
