Hrithik Roshan’s superhero flick ‘Krrish 3′, which was released on Friday (November 1) for Diwali has done a stunning business on Monday (November 4) collecting Rs 35.91 crore in a single day, thus making the movie enter the prestigious 100 crore club in just 4 days.
Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, “Also, #Krrish3 hits a ton. Crosses Rs 100 cr mark on Mon. Fri to Mon: Rs 108.61 cr”.
Moreover, it looks Krrish 3 is all set to create new records at the domestic box office. The fourth day collection is the highest ever single day collection in the history of Indian cinema. The Rakesh Roshan directed movie has literally set the box office flying by reaping a total of 35.91 cr on Monday (4th November).
Taran tweeted, “And *highest single day* record lies shattered. #Krrish3 collects History on Mon. Collects Rs 35.91 cr. The highest *single day* figure EVER”.

Previously, ‘Krrish 3′ has created a record on its opening day. On the opening day, the film raked in Rs 25 crore from Hindi, Telugu and Tamil versions. The opening day collections are the third highest after SRK’s “Chennai Express” and Salman Khan’s “Ek Tha Tiger”.
“Krrish 3″ has become the highest non-holiday opener so far at domestic market, beating Salman Khan’s “Dabangg 2″ record. Salman starrer held the record for the highest opening day collection by collecting Rs 21.10 crore for a film released on non-holiday Friday, next comes Ranbir Kapoor’s “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani” with Rs 19.45 crore.
Krrish 3 also has huge bookings for Tuesday (November 5 – 5th day of release) too so trade experts expect a big collection on its fifth day for sure. As Diwali celebrations and holiday will continue for today in major parts of north, big numbers can be expected from these areas.
